The Medicine Garden is currently being developed to keep the traditional use of healing herbs in Ireland alive and well and to act as a sanctuary for specimens of healing and traditional plants. It is a type of modern ’Physick Garden’
A variety of theme gardens are being created along with a self sufficient vegetable garden and orchard and commercial herb crops.
Horticulture follows organic, co-creative and permaculture principles and the biodynamic calendar is followed as far as it is practical to do so.
